I have worked with Horizon for the last 15 months as my preferred recruitment agency because they always deliver candidate CV’s promptly and with the exact attributes required for the role. Horizon always succeed with our placements because of the attention to detail and care they show in each role, they provide a fantastic all-round service and you always feel no question is every too much bother for them.

I recently used Horizon Search and Selection to assist me by providing candidates for some vacancies we had in our Production Department. The roles were quite specialised (Chemical Process Operator) and yet Kate Dyer was able to provide several candidates who fitted the criteria specified. I interviewed all 6 of Kate’s suggested candidates and employed one of these candidates upon a full time basis.

It is worth noting that I also invited 5 other Recruitment Agencies to assist with these positions and none of them came even close to delivering the level of service and suitability of candidates.

Hence for quality of service and realistic market rates, I would recommend Horizon as a Recruitment service.

I am happy to say that with the depth of understanding of our roles and the diligence in selecting suitable candidates, Horizon have been a pleasure to work with. The team take time to find out special requirements outside the job description, and the style of candidate we look for. They have consistently provided quality candidates over quantity, and cover geographical locations that other agencies find hard to match.

At Genus Leasing we have always been skeptical of recruitment agencies but when looking to expand our business with extra staff we bit the bullet and instructed an industry specialist agency with the task of finding the right candidate. Unfortunately a lot of our skepticism was well placed as they failed to provide the service levels as well as the candidates.

We then spoke to Gemma at Horizon, who is actually one of our clients, who discussed our requirements in detail before beginning the search for the right person. Gemma kept us informed throughout and discussed options which she was not sure about to keep us involved in the process.

I am pleased to say that she found the right people quite quickly one started 2 weeks ago and he is already adding value to our business and the second begins next week, which we are all very positive about.

Having used a few recruitment agencies before I can certainly say that Horizon and in particular Kate Dyer have been utterly brilliant.
