We’re big into listening to you and finding out exactly what you are after. That does mean asking questions and getting as much info as possible to make sure we get it right first time for you.

We will not bombard you with irrelevant/inappropriate candidate CVs for your vacancies – we aim to provide a small but great selection of candidate CVs for you to consider

Really reasonable fees and deals to be had! We also offer a refund or replacement guarantee for the first three months in the rare event things do not work out with your new hire.

Not in East Anglia? Not a problem. We recruit successfully for clients all over the UK.

At Genus Leasing we have always been skeptical of recruitment agencies but when looking to expand our business with extra staff we bit the bullet and instructed an industry specialist agency with the task of finding the right candidate. Unfortunately a lot of our skepticism was well placed as they failed to provide the service levels as well as the candidates.

We then spoke to Gemma at Horizon, who is actually one of our clients, who discussed our requirements in detail before beginning the search for the right person. Gemma kept us informed throughout and discussed options which she was not sure about to keep us involved in the process.

I am pleased to say that she found the right people quite quickly one started 2 weeks ago and he is already adding value to our business and the second begins next week, which we are all very positive about.

I can conclude that recruitment is similar to a lot of industries, some of the bad press they get is warranted if you go with the wrong agency, however if you go with the right company they really do add value and save time. Thanks Gemma and all the team at Horizon Search & Selection.

The roles were quite specialised (Chemical Process Operator) and yet Kate Dyer was able to provide several candidates who fitted the criteria specified. I interviewed all 6 of Kate’s suggested candidates and employed one of these candidates upon a full time basis.

It is worth noting that I also invited 5 other Recruitment Agencies to assist with these positions and none of them came even close to delivering the level of service and suitability of candidates.
